That looks so beautiful. In cold conditions, I have noted that photographs with the sun in the picture don't lose the colors. It doesn't create silhouettes.

Nice picture :)

A whole story pops into my mind just looking at this. Dreamy. Great pic.

My camera's manual instructs me not to use it when it's below 32F. Are they kidding? As "Falling Frost" demonstrates perfectly, that's where the best shots are.

Wonderful, beautiful, blues of winder.
Can you take the same location in spring and summer? I'm not convinced that it's the cold...I think it's the photographer who masters his equiptment. Also, i just so look forward to the spring and summer shots...

I am continually impressed. A soul that has born much pain is often enabled to perceive much beauty. "Beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning" Isaiah 61:3

Why does it look a little dark?

Very nice picture. I saw the same phenomenon of frost crystals falling from trees in Indiana a few days ago, but couldn't figure out how to capture an image. Instead, I took some closeups of the ice crystals on plants in the backyard. They are posted under the titles "Ice" and "More Ice" at my blog.
