Taken last June but with early April feeling more like early March here in the Northeast I needed to warm things up a bit.

I was suppose to shoot the first Dirt Track race of the season yesterday, which due to the weather was postponed until today only to be canceled altogether because today's forecast is not much better. Being a racing photographer is fun, but always dependent on Mother Nature, but then so is 90% of my photography. There will not be much in the way of racing photos posted on this site... those will be on my other blog NASCAR Eclectic

April's first sunrise.

It seems lately all I have time for are these very early shots. The road we take to work follows along the Hudson River which provides for some spectacular sunrise's, but I am growing anxious to get out for some variety. The construction project I'm on is ongoing with my normal starting time of between 6 and 6:30 am and by 3 pm we are on our way back, but worn out. I'm finding my self asleep most nights by 8.

I do visit many blogs when I can and with an occasional comment. Please know that your visits here and comments do not ever go unnoticed and it makes the end of my day when I find I have given someone a better day with a glimpse of time.
